Riello UPS Product Ranges
The Riello Sentryum range of UPS is the newest product release. Once again they have changed the game and adapted to new customer needs. The range is designed for sites where power capacity is limited. They provide up to 96.5% efficiency, even where sites have problems with harmonics.
The Sentryum range is available in three reduced footprint cabinet sizes (Compact, Active, Xtend) to provide efficiency, convenience and space saving features. There are nine power ratings from 10-120 kVA. They are also compatible with both single-phase and three-phase mains power.

The Riello UPS Sentinel Pro has a unique and modern design and improved performance developed by the Riello UPS research and development team. Sentinel Pro uses on-line double conversion technology, resulting in the highest levels of reliability and maximum protection for critical loads such as servers, and IT and voice/data applications.
For business continuity applications requiring long battery runtimes, battery autonomy can be extended up to several hours using ER models fitted with more powerful battery chargers. The front display panel has been entirely redesigned, adding an LCD display that shows the input and output voltages, battery readings and UPS operating status information.

The Sentinel Dual Low Power (SDH) is a versatile UPS designed to deal with non-linear loads. It’s a proven solution for Edge applications, blade servers, VoIP equipment, IT networks, electro-medical devices, emergency lighting, and security/safety systems.
Install the plug and play SDH as either a 2U rackmount UPS or a freestanding tower simply by adding the accompanying handles or optional rack supports. LCD display panel rotates 90 degrees to suit your setup.
Designed to handle non-linear loads typically found in blade servers, with a revamped inverter helping to deliver >0.98 power factor and 92% efficiency in online UPS mode. High overload capacity of up to 150% plus high short circuit current on bypass.

The Riello Sentinel Dual SDU range of UPS fills a niche in the range as the voltage is high quality output whether the load is linear or non-linear. It was designed primarily to protect blade servers and storage solutions in mission critical environments. It is also suitable for industrial machinery applications, data centres, VOIP telephone systems and IT networks. The range provides a series of versatile units that plug and play in whichever configuration you set them. They are available as either floor seated towers or in rack configuration.
The Sentinel Dual SDU UPS range is also very reliable with hot swappable batteries and inbuilt battery testing. They can achieve 92% operating efficiency and feature programable operating modes to achieve the best performance for customers’ specific applications. The units also integrate in the range with PowerShield3, PowerNetGuard, and the other advanced network communications software.

The Sentinel Tower (STW) range protects non-linear loads found in IT systems, telecoms networks and security/safety systems. High-performing three-level inverter delivers unity power factor and 95% operating efficiency.
Whatever the power rating, the STW measures in at a space-saving 25 cm by 69.8 cm by 50 cm (W x D x H), with built-in castors to assist with mobility. Minimal noise disruption as fan speed automatically adjusts according to the current load.
STW features automatic and manual battery testing, while the batteries don’t cut in during temporary mains failures (< 20 msec) or if the input is between 184-276V, which helps to maintain lifespan.

The Riello Multi Sentry range of UPS is available in two models; 160kVA & 200kVA. The smaller range was replaced by the new Sentryum range of interruptible power supplies (details across). The Multi Sentry, however, is exceptionally popular with customers.
They represent an excellent solution for companies due to the online double conversion system. This makes it especially suited for capacitive, high-density loads found with blade servers. The Multi Sentry range provides efficiency up to 96.5% and is suitable for lightweight industrial applications as well as more usual data centres, servers, networks and telecommunications.
